At Civils Ashram, we welcome aspirants who are not only academically committed but also mentally prepared to immerse themselves in a disciplined and focused residential program. Our admission process is designed to ensure the right match between the aspirant and the Ashram model of preparation.

Who Should Apply?

You are encouraged to apply if you are:
• A serious aspirant of UPSC Civil Services (IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.)
• Ready to commit to a residential or distraction-free preparation.
• Willing to follow a structured daily routine, including academic and non-academic activities
• Open to mentorship, feedback, and community learning
We admit a limited number of students per batch to ensure personalized attention.

Step-by-Step Admission Process

Fill the Online Application Form

Submit your basic details, academic background, and preparation status.

Telephonic/Video Interaction

Our academic team will schedule a 15-20 minute call to understand your motivation, background, and preparation stage.
This is not a test, but a conversation to assess alignment with our approach.

Entrance Test

We conduct regular Entrance Tests with in various cities across India. Students willing to enrol can appear for the tests by registering themselves.

Note: Students who are unable to attend test in physical form can attend in online mode. They will be required to keep their camera open and follow the guidelines during the tests.
Online tests are proctored examination.

Offer of Admission

Selected candidates will receive a formal Offer of Admission via email and if opted via post along with:
• Fee payment link and structure
• Joining instructions
• Reporting date and checklist

Fee Payment & Confirmation

On receiving the fee (full or first instalment), your seat will be confirmed.
We recommend early confirmation as seats are limited for each batch.

Reporting at Campus

Report on the given date with required documents. Orientation begins on Day 1 itself.

• Special scholarships for Meritorious and Economically weaker students

Sponsored Students

The names of Students Who are found eligible for sponsorships by our empanelled NGOs shall be displayed on the website.
Upon their documents shall be sent to respective NGOs and upon successful verification and as per the policies the NGO shall confirm the sponsorship.
Once the sponsorship is confirmed by the NGO we shall issue the admission letter to the respective Students.

Documents Required at Reporting

• ID Proof (Aadhar/PAN)
• Passport-size Photographs
• Academic Mark Sheets

  • Xth
  • XIIth or Equivalent
  • Graduation (if student is pursuing graduation then latest semester marksheet)

• Once the admission is confirmed the student shall be required to submit a character certificate issued by Local MLA/MP or any Gazetted Officer or Head of institution where student has studied last.

Scholarships

We offer limited merit-based and need-based scholarships. To apply, under Merit Cum Means Scholarship student needs to fill the choice while applying for the entrance test.

Letter of Recommendation Scholarship:

- Student can be given 30% Scholarship on the tuition fees on the basis of a letter or recommendation issued for them by following authorities:
o Any MP or MLA or MLC.
o Any Vice Chancellor/Dean/Professor/Asst. Professor of any university recognised by UGC.
o The Director or Any faculty empanelled to teach at Civil’s Ashram. The list of Faculties and their contact can be found at our website.
